Quilting Denim Faux Cathedral Window Quilt February 14, 2023 This project took way too long to do. When I first set out to make this quilt using the fabric Northcott had sent me I figured a couple weeks at most. I already had the four patches pieced, this was the second design, for the fabric.

Many denim quilts are sewn with recycled denim blue jeans, which are usually made from denim that's much heavier than fabric on a bolt. Mix the two types of dei [nim for a unique look. Wash new denim fabric at least twice for a softer look and feel, and be sure to press denim before using it in a quilt. Sew with cotton thread or purchase jeans.
