Posted April 1, 2018 (edited) To add some weight to the argument I have killed almost 2500 sentients and guessing that half of those were concultysts and I've got just 3 broken war parts (2 hilts and a blade). If my experience is the norm then that puts the drop chance at about 0.25% not 2% (1 in 400)

The best way to actually get them is to buy them from players, I don't know the prices on PC but on PS4 you can get them for 20-50p each. If you want to farm them, the best team would probably be one Ivara to steal, one Nekros to desecrate, and Pilf Hydroid should also be able to increase the drops since it works with the titania quest specters.

These blade and hilt used to exclusively drop from a collection of Sentient mobs at .5% to 1% chance, making them pretty rare. The blades sold on warframe.market for 35-40 platinum.
